What Should I Wear to for workouts at Karma ?
Gym T-shirt / Half sleeves T shirt, shorts / track pants and carry your running shoes.
How much of a gap between eating & exercising do I need to leave ?
Eat about an hour before you arrive at the Gym don't exercise on either an empty or a full stomach.
Is there anything I should be aware of when using the club's steam facilities ?
You also shouldn't use the clubs steam room on an empty stomach.

Feeling sick or you are ill ?
Do not come for workouts in case you feel sick or you are ill, immediately consult your doctor. You have already declared and filled up a pink form about your medical information. Please share with the instructors on the floor while workouts.
